These equipment setup SOPs are what we have found to be the most functional for overt and covert operations. We've broken them up into HARD and SOFT SOPs.
A Hard SOP is required item(s) but allows for the individual to have some control over which product or company is chosen based on a list of industry leaders, a list of items that must be on your kit, or a specific location an items must be located. This is so that everyone is operating on the same page and the individual to your left or right knows where to go to grab what equipment they may need.
A Soft SOP is more of a recommendation because it will enable you and your unit.
