The Legion Alliance - Crew Program is a Preparedness Network & Community initiative to train law abiding citizens, law enforcement, and military on a fundamental set of tasks that will allow inner operability from city to city and state to state. Everyone is tested on the same set of skill sets and standards that establishes that baseline. You could call it a basic training / entry level training of sorts. Its not complex its not hard and most of it can be done here online on this website as well as through the links we provide. Upon completion of this training it will allow you train, plan, coordinate, and communicate with other crew members, crews, or crewless personnel and their networks. You'll be able to establish your own crew if you so choose. As well as build up to a faction, or clan based off your geographic location. The program is designed to help isolate training, develop geographic subject matter experts, and allow you and your crew, faction, and clan develop its own identity and compete with other crews, factions, and clans.

- Have a Ham Radio (We recommend the Yaesu VX-8DR/DE with the GPS Attachments)

The crew structure is simple.
- 4-6 CREW MEMBERS make up a CREW.
- This can be friends and or family. We highly recommend that you choose people that you want to work with and get along with. Don't willy nilly put together your crew together because it will cause conflict, division, and strife.
- The crew is made up of 4 Primary Positions and 2 Add-on Positions
- Crew Lead
- Weapons: Specialist
- Technician: (Commo, Computer, Tech Savy Type)
- Medical:
- (Add-On): Can be any one of the positions listed above
- (Add-On): Can be any one of the positions listed above
- We recommend that the Man or Woman of the house be the primary member of the Crew and then the household falls into a support role (depending on your relationship status and or families desired involvement).
- 6 -10 CREWS and their households make up a FACTION.
- A Faction can range anywhere from 24 - 60 Crew Members
- Factions will need to designate a Faction Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Leaders.
- (1st, 2nd, and 3rd in Command)
- House holds can be included into support.
- If you develop a faction we recommend that you establish contingency & training site that is owned by one or all of the members. That way in the event of any crisis you all have a consolidation point.
- 2-10 FACTIONS and their households make up a CLAN / TRIBE.
